Waiters were lovely and really smiley. But we wait almost 1 hour to get our first meal… and we spend almost 3 hours for a 4 courses menu… the room was really noisy (probably due to high ceiling). Regarding the food except the meat (long cooked low temperature) which was really surprising in a good way, we missed new flavours or surprise. But nevertheless thanks to the team and waiters that were really nice :)

Unfortunately, this restaurant has a terrible service despite having the potential to be much better. The only server working had very poor English skills and was extremely rude in their behavior. They were also quite unsuccessful in explaining the dishes. I came for lunch today, and it took 2.5 hours just to serve a simple 3-course menu. Both the service and the kitchen were much slower than they should have been. The person who brought the main course did not make any presentation, and unfortunately I was only able to eat half the plate as they had served an unappetizing risotto. Typically, in restaurants like this, water is either free or available unlimited for around 3€. Here, they charged me 10€ for individual bottles of water, which I had to pay for as the sole diner.

Really love this place. Ambiance is lively with ample space between tables, lovely glassware, good service, extensive wine list and good food. Really likes the personal touch of the sommeliers. We got to taste a few Tokays and they were lovely. Would love to come back again for more!

While wine is at the forefront at a restaurant named Vineum, the food is excellent as well. Knowledgeable and efficient staff make wine service a breeze as the menu provides a perfect accompaniment.

We took 7 courses and their best wine pairing called “David’s selection”. Both dishes were without any creativity (mousles, pasta and fried fish in a surprise menu?) and wines were mediocre at best. And that is for 300EUR for two. Service in the end got slow and the desert took 30 minutes to serve. It is a different Vineo, not like it was before.

The restaurant appeared to be quite bohemian but qu it’s attractive in style. The service was good and welcoming but the food (Five course menu) was exceptional. This one probably one of the best restaurants that’s I’ve ever been to for quality.

Very good and tasty food, nice selection of wine, reasonable prices for the quality of food offered, however the service simply sucks, too slow, way too slow, I understand great food needs time preparing but this was way slower than your normal waiting time.. to the point of where I regretted ordering the 7-course, had I known how long it would take to get each new course I would've gotten just a 3-course and left, staff is nice and friendly, doesn't seem actually knowledgeable about the food and wine they serve, they regurgitate whatever they have learned but that's not something you should blame them for, they're just doing their jobs the best they can and they're good people, I think upper management should just teach and explain to them better the plates and wines served.

Amazing food. Each course was perfect. Great wine to pair with the food. On top of that the ambience was very relaxing and comfortable. Service could have been more aware of hands raised and questions, but they were extremely polite and refilled glasses etc.
