I'm a huge fan of Yangon Delight. This was my second visit, even better than the first. I love Burmese food and this is one of the very very few Burmese restaurants in all of Europe. If you've never tried it before, you must come. The most famous dish, the tea leaf salad, is excellent. An absolute must-get. This time for dinner with a small group, we did the set menu and were able to try a ton of food. Everything was delicious. Next time I would add samusas though because those are my favorite. The Burmese chicken noodle curry soup (similar to a Thai "kao soy") is also excellent. I'm so excited to have a Burmese restaurant in Amsterdam and will be returning often!

The restaurant is located in a cellar, which felt confining. Had to ask for water multiple times before I received it. Other tables were serviced before us even though they arrived later. Food was simple but ok.

We love Burmese food and look for Burmese restaurants everywhere we travel. We were excited to find Yangon Delight in Amsterdam and the food lived up to the expectations. Especially the Tea Leaf Salad. The main ingredients have been sourced from Myanmar and the attention to detail is evident in the cooking. We left the restaurant completely satisfied with the delicious food. Thanks Yangon Delight!

super tasty and deliciously textured dishes! we are a vegetarian couple and they had a delightful offering for us! chickpea tofu and a caramelized pancake with chickpeas were great. the tea was amazing as well! safe bet! go there.
