We waited for a full hour for two simple pasta dishes for lunch. When asking staff why the food was still not arriving, we got the following answers (by a female and a male waiter respectively): - It will come in five minutes (which it didn’t) - Kitchen is busy (we objected that only three tables were occupied) - Kitchen is busy with the preparation of dinner for tonight (sic) - You are being seated here nicely, aren’t you? (sic) - What’s the hurry? Never an apology, just an arrogant and condescending attitude - a rather wrong approach of customers, if you ask me. We left, never to return again, and will certainly not be surprised when this place goes out of business in a few months time.
