Hot Pot was new to our group. The staff at Yuan's was very helpful in guiding our ordering. The food was delicious (and spicy!). We enjoyed the experience. Wish there was a Yuan's in Atlanta!

Unfortunately, didn’t feel welcome at all. I ate once at Yuans in The Pijp, so I thought I’ll try the one on Rijnstraat. Came in today at 18:25, thinking I had made a reservation at 18:30. When the Chinese man at the counter asked me for my reservation, he said that I was too late. He said I made a reservation at 18:00. So I made a mistake, a human error because I booked this table a long time ago. He said because I was late, they would only have a table for us till 20:00. I said it wasn’t a problem, but the way he spoke to me was very rude. He could have called me at 18:15 to confirm if we were still coming or not. However, when I made the reservation they didn’t say they only reserve the table for 2 hours. I looked after dinner again and if I book a table for next week, it also doesn’t say the table is only reserved for 2 hours. Quite odd because the restaurant wasn’t even full! The food was good and the bald waiter was very friendly. At 19:30 the Chinese waiter came again and asked if he could have our ipad for a minute. We gave it to him. However he never came back!! We couldn’t order anything anymore. Not even drinks or dessert. I think it would be better to tell us that we had half an hour left and if we wanted to order something else before the last round. Will try another hot pot place next time, not this one.

I always come here with my friends and also introduce it to my families ... very friendly staff there and the food quality is always very good....

Great atmosphere! Super fun and casual. The medium spice is quite spicy. The iPad menu ordering is so easy! The veggies were my fave! And the cut noodles

Was a great find. Service was fantastic. We chose food a bit too spicy for us, but next time we'll go for less spicy and know better how to navigate the menu! Can't fault the service or the atmosphere - cafe style and relaxed - well-ventilated and spaced/amenities for meeting COVID-19 measures. Servers wore gloves and kept their distance.

Good food and friendly staff who gave clear instructions to have to eat hot pot. We used an iPad to order and it didn’t take much time until the food arrived. Overall a good experience

Very authentic and tasty Chinese hotpot approved by real Chinese people. We absolutely loved some of the skewers, especially the beef tongue one. The service was super welcoming and nice. Would definitely recommend it to other people.
