food was good, but service was slow and portions were too small considering the price. it was a special occasion for us too and although mentioned, nothing was really done to make our experience feel special. wouldn’t visit again and definitely not worth the money.

+4Great food, amazing service and wine options. If you are ever in Amsterdam, make a reservation. We did the 5 courses with wine pairings and everything really was delicious.

The Service was really good, every Service Member was kind and did a great Job. The food was good, but ive eaten better in other Places. The Ambiente was ok, the Restaurant looked kinda steril, not much flair. But all in all very solid.

Really inventive dishes. We had the 6 course. Loved the food, only drawback was the portions were small.

Not corresponding with it's high price, and the tempo is too slow. The dishes is fine but either too creamy, or too sweet, too salty. Also no highlights in the course.

You mentioned after every course we asked, you enjoyed it and did not leave any remarks. So we are a bit confused with this review. Sorry we did not live up to your expectations, we cannot adjust your experience afterwards as you left no remarks at the restaurant.

Absolutely stunning chefs menu. Wine pairings were perfection. Excellent value for top notch cuisine.

Food was pretty good, service was nice and friendly, was expecting a bit more sophistication for the price but all in all we had a good time.

The food was delicious, maybe the main courses could be a bit bigger. But it was a feast for the eye and the palet. The open kitchen was really nice to follow and we had the best service, fun conversations and just smiley people galore.

+5The ambience, how prepared the staff were from the waiter to the lady describing the dishes and the sommelier. The food courses were amazing, beautiful, delicious and very unique.

The staff was arguably the most friendly we’ve experienced at a high level restaurant. The food, although extraordinarily creative, didn’t push too far out of the box. This curation made for the most outstanding five courses we’ve ever enjoyed. Well worth the $125 per person with a champagne and another glass of wine.

The signature dish with celery met the expectations. All in all a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I will be back. for sure

Traveling in Amsterdam. We found this restaurant in the Michelin Guide. The restaurant was lovely, we could have a quiet conversation, the dishes were delicious and beautiful in the presentation. Most of all, we enjoyed the warm and inviting hospitality of the servers.

Extremely friendly waiter who gave original and reasonable wine recommendations . Food is extremely disappointing though : lack of balance, excessive mark of one taste, too creamy, slow pace of courses.

+1What a fantastic and cozy restaurant with every stage of the meal beautifully executed and incredibly delicious. Absolutely the best meal we’ve had in Europe. In particular, the hamachi and spare rib were heavenly.
