Here’s the updated review with your addition: --- This restaurant is located slightly outside the city center, but it’s well worth the visit. The service was excellent, with all the waiters being attentive and welcoming. Davide, in particular, greeted us with great professionalism and introduced us to his outstanding olive oil, which was so good we ended up buying two bottles to take home. Although the wine we initially wanted was out of stock, Davide gave us excellent advice and recommended a wine that turned out to be an outstanding value for its taste. The starters were savory and beautifully presented, though the portions could have been a bit more generous. The main courses were both visually stunning and a delight to the palate. Overall, it was a flavorful experience that we’re glad we didn’t miss. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of having dinner at the restaurant, trying the 5-course tasting menu with matching wines. The food was excellent, the service at the same level and the atmosphere in the restaurant a superb, warm and welcoming one. Since we had an early reservation for dinner, we were happy to have an interaction with Davide, the owner of the restaurant, who explained to us what he wanted to convey and how to make those who cross their threshold feel. We will definitely come back and recommend our friends to visit them if they come to Rome.

Super find Modern Italian Cuisine presented by an enthusiastic staff. Food service was excellent as was the wine accompaniments. Clearly the young staff are pushing the boundaries here. Would highly recommend

Interesting place with a ton of really nice wines; the food is ok, not incredible, and the portions are minuscule. the staff are great very attentive, accommodating and professional.

At the base of our philosophy there are study and a lot of research, we start from traditional dishes to create something new with portions that make you feel satisfied and not weighed down, an unpleasant feeling that we don't want for our guests. What we offer is a complete experience, made of excellent ingredients: we offer everyone a welcome from the chefs, our homemade bread accompanied by an excellent oil and small pastries at the end of the meal.
