8/10We didn’t choose for the menu, because 8 courses is just to much. The a la carte menu was simple but the food was realy delicious. Once the staff knew we didn’t order the menu they were less friendly. The tea we ordered was just hot water. Not enough tea in it and this for 18€ … a little biscuit or little chocolate with it would have been nice. If you don’t like it that people eat a la carte, make a big and a little (4 course) menu.

10/10It is one of my favourite restaurants on the planet. Every visit has been superb. The food is up there with the best, and the attention to detail, tending to telling a story through food, is fantastic. If you go, treat yourself to the wine pairing. — Again sublime.

8.5/10We enjoyed our meal but were surprised to find the restaurant no longer offers any meat options? This is a shame as we are all carnivores. The dishes were delicious, especially the oysters and skate starters but we found the main courses too big, especially the monkfish which is already a very thick meaty fish and we felt did not need to be encased in pastry. Service was excellent as was the wine tasting!

10/10The staff was very attentive and helpful. Extremely relaxed but efficient atmosphere. The tasting menu relating to Algarvian legends is a wonderful concept and the cards with illustrations and the legends themselves was particularly charming. Such a pleasant evening!

3/10Ingredients was good, the cooking was awful. Basically poured soysauce allover the oyster and called it ponzu…. Wine sucks too…when the price of a glass is more than a bottle somewhere else, i asked tor dry white wine and all I taste is acidity…

10/10With some very small adjustments to the menu and service, this place could easily get a michelin star. Coming from Copenhagen, this place is absolutely value for money.

7.5/10I booked Sunday lunch. I was disappointed in the menu , ie there was no set lunch menu , it was the same menu as evening time. Its not my wish to have the tasting menu at lunch time, this is for evening time , the A La Cart menu had two options starter both fish and main course both fish and one dessert only , Coffee was not the best I have ever had not robust .I was the only person in the restaurant there was two persons on the patio . I requested hot water with lemon , it arrived with lime slices , when I finish this I had to request top up , There was two waiters lovely guys Albait didn't notice I needed top up of water. I requested some rice with my starter dish , they had none , in fairness they served me the most divine fish veg and rice dish complinatary nice touch . I guess it was from the tasting menu . I travel frequently,I always treat myself to a Michelin star establishment, sorry to report this was not at this level of care and attention

10/10We are normally no big fans of fish diners, but this restaurant absolutely does know what they are doing. Their culinary journey through the legends of the Algarve absolutely makes sense through their diner course. Their service was amazing and the vibe is nice and relaxed. Absolutely would recommend! 10/10

10/10Super nice discovery in Faro. Restaurant is focusing on products from the sea locally sourced. The service was fantastic and food was very interesting. The caviar was a bit too pricey. Probably could be already included in the price of the menu.Depending the dish it was a bit surprising. Especially one dessert of which was a mix between sweet and sour was not to my taste. I guess not too long that restaurant will earn its first Michelin star. Would recommend to anyone this restaurant if you are interested to test, enjoy a dinner/something unconventional.

10/10We had a show to watch and wanted to have a lovely meal as a couple to complete the date night. Every course we had tasted well, was presented and composed well. The chef is clearly professional. He also introduced twists to the amuse geuel and it worked. The restaurant was clean and the waiters were all courteous and well trained.

10/10The different dishes were simply delicious and told the legends perfectly. The flavors were delicate, full of nuances. My favorite dish: the octopus and the second dessert was divine. The sommelier’s recommendations were great. thank you for a memorable experience.
