Truly exceptional. Unique and flavorful tastes! Yossef served us at the table, sharing his inspiration for dishes. We will remember the experience for years to come. Highly recommend.

We went for the seven-course surprise menu with wine pairing and loved every bit of it. The service and front of house were very professional, and the whole experience felt really personal. Each dish had a creative mix of flavors that showed the passion and skill of Chef Youssef Marzouk.

+4This was the omakase equivalent of a Tunisian influenced French repast. Surprise! No surprise; what an amazing meal. You know you are in for a treat when the chef comes to your table to discuss his or her inspirations for each course. We were so lucky to be treated to Youssef’s laboratory of passion and cuisine. All I can say is thank you.

A wonderful experience

The food was, of course, wonderful, but what we really loved was the chefs bought their own creations out and were happy to talk and share their thoughts, inspirational and aspirations of their dishes, as well as the family stories behind them. As self proclaimed foodies, we were in heaven. Certainly a must for Paris food lovers. Well done Aldehyde - and looking forward to our next visit!

Chef Youssef Marzouk and his team are exceptionally talented, crafting a five-course menu that is not only delicious but also truly comforting—one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years. We highly recommend Aldehyde, with the only “risk” being how quickly you’ll want to return!

+3The service and ambience and decor were all top notch. However the dishes were lackluster. Lacking flavor. Lacking cohesion. Trying too much yet not delivering enough.

Excellent lunch, which is amazing value. Both the beef and cod mains were the best we have had in a long time. Look forward to returning.

Menu was a fantastic mix of classic French with Tunisian twist. My tastebuds were in heaven. Everyone was attentive and polite. Definitely will come back
