RUSTICO - Non distante dal centro di Dro, in provincia di Trento, sorge il Ristorante Alfio. Un ambiente cordiale ed accogliente, caratterizzato da un arredamento elegante e, al medesimo tempo, rustico, con uno stile moderno. Il personale è sempre attento e disponibile ad esaudire le richieste della clientela. VARIETÀ - Il locale propone un menù molto vario, ricco di portate sia a base di pesce sia di carne, ma non mancano proposte per vegani e vegetariani, come ad esempio il piatto con tofu alla griglia, ratatouille di verdure e timballo di patate e ruchetta. Le materie prime utilizzate sono rigorosamente a km 0 e provengono dal territorio trentino. CONSIGLIATI - Sicuramente da provare il cous cous alla marinara, gli spaghetti alla chitarra all'astice, il piatto jazz e la grigliata di mare.
