10/10Clearly this restaurant serves a local community and we were fortunate enough to stumble on to it while visiting Napoli. The regional dishes are exceptional. We especially enjoyed the pasta with lamb, the local broccoli, truffle and sun-dried tomatoes pasta. We recommend the Caprese chocolate cake and the tiramisu. The atmosphere is authentic and comfortable.

10/10The inside of Amici Mieli reminded me of my grandmother’s dining room. It was elegant and inviting. The service was excellent as we never had to wait for long before someone came around to check on us and get us to the next course. But the best part was the food. During our trip to Naples we have eaten at some amazing places. This one was the best by far. The Lamb Pappardelle was the best pasta dish I think I have ever had. My wife had the veal with a lemon sauce that was out of this world. I won’t even start with the dessert, which was fantastic. If you want great ambiance, service, and food. This place is a must.
