The service (staff) was all amazing. Food was tasty too, but the service was top notch. We loved the beetroot Burrata (thank you for the sourdough bread suggestion) and our Entrecote was also very good. We will most certainly come back. Thank you all for your kindness.

Let me begin by saying that the service at Animal was outstanding. Better than most 5 star places. The food was creative and delicious. One review said they put too much on a plate decor wise and they must have listened because while the plates were decorated with garnishes and sauce, for the most part,it was not overwhelming. If Animal was in a different location I believe it would be a much “higher end” restaurant. Their location was just not great. Hotel Hotel must be a lower end hotel chain. The restaurant is just seating in the back of the lobby, there is no partition. We saw hotel guests come to the bar in pajamas, slippers etc. you watch guests come in, walk around, wait for the elevators etc. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars as to not to drop the overall rating, but it was a lot to get past.
