Great taste, but it's a shame there is a limited choice of what is included in the 50% off. I was planning on eating a steak; they told me that was not part of the deal! Overall, it has a nice location on the square, but the ambience is quite dead inside.

I was expecting the burguers to taste a little better, I found something hard on my burger, like a bone... I really hate when it happens. The fries were good and the waiters are nice. However, they said that desserts are not included in The Fork discount, which is weird, cause it is not mentioned on The Fork. Usually desserts are included in the discount, so it's not very honest of the restaurant to go against what is established in The Fork.

Vamos la; se havia algo de errado com a conta e produto podia ter nos dito na altura. Inclusive porque, no sábado, eu lá estava. Não é muito simples controlar o fluxo de clientes dos The Fork. As pessoas pedem descontos até no guardanapos. Admito que não tenho muita paciência e quase sempre ofereço de borla uma coisa ou outra. Dito isto, se houve algum erro relativamente à conta, pode contactar a unidade da praça da alegria que iremos devolver a diferença e já peço desculpas. Se facto houve algum, claro. Nossos Burgers não levam carne de porco nenhum no Blend. Nossa carne é biológica, não sei se já teve alguma experiência anterior com este tipo de produto. É uma carne leve, natural e com menos de 5% de teor de gordura. Muito obrigado, e leve a factura na loja para verificarmos se há erro. Moisés Pozzi & Team GB

The meal was lovely. My wife had a burger which she enjoyed and I had the entrecot steak which was very tasty. The disappointment happened when the bill came. I had booked with the 30% discount offer but when the bill arrived, I was told that the steak (18.90€) was not included in the offer as it was a "menu" as it included fries, salad and rice, even though it was on the A la Carte menu. After expressing my disappointment about this, they acquiesed and gave us the discount. The whole ordeal seemed very dishonest. Just beware.

Caro Sean. Aqui, Moisés Pozzi, proprietário do restaurante. Esta mensagem é avaliação não refletem a verdade. Nossos colaboradores sempre alertam sobre as condições destas promos do the Fork. No vosso caso, foi alertado de que os steaks fazem parte de menus "pre definidos", já que possuem 3 acompanhamentos a um valor de 18,90€. No caso do Entrecote, imagine uma refeição deste porte, com 200g de carne e mais os acompanhamentos nesta promoção do the Fork? Era mais fácil eu convidar as pessoas e oferecer as refeições de borla. Porque fica inviável o custo. Temos tentado fazer campanhas do the Fork pontualmente em razão de ser um público que apenas buscar ir aos lugares quando há descontos. Se não houver promo, não voltam. Já sabemos bem como é este público e nos preparamos para lidar com queixas sistemáticas como esta. Como fora pedido, reservamos o melhor espaço da esplanada para o casal e também o cão que veio junto. As pessoas precisam ser respeitosas com o trabalho para ótima experiência. Obg, MP & Team GB

I’d recommend this place only if you’re around and there is a 50%, but be sure that this discount is applicable only on burgers. So the rest of your meal/drinks won’t have any discount, I found it out too late. I tried the green burger but it wasn’t anything special in my opinion, the bread wasn’t exceptional and tasted a bit of freezer, overall it was too sweet. Quite delusional The beer is good. Maybe other food options are better, who knows

Enjoyable evening, food was great as was service, lady who served us was really welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Saltcodfish croquettes were nice and the Tropical burger was superb.

Pros: . The appetisers are really good, especially the croquetes de carne . Hambúrguers are also nice, the Brie one is tasty, the chicken burgers it's ok . The staff are super friendly Cons: . When we got the place, we were told that the discount only worked with the burgers (please, fix this with the fork to be as clear as possible to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding) . They put on the system that I didn't appear over time (which is super annoying, and I had to sent a receipt to prove that I was there) . Last but not least, they changed my reservation from 5 people to 2 people (why that?)

The food is very good but the service could be much nicer. If you’re booking with a discount be aware that they might change the rules when you get there. In our case, we booked with 50% a la carte (except set menus and drinks) and when we got there the waitress told us that it was only valid for burguers and not for any other dish, starters, side dishes or desserts. We showed the confirmation on our emails and phone but they said it was a mistake by the fork and that they don’t apply the discount else than the burguers. Very disappointing.

Great Burger, fries and drinks. We tried different drinks and all of them were good, especially their lemonade. We had the same burger, the classic, but were equally satisfied. The fries were salted perfectly and also came topped with some herbs which was surprisingly good. The service was awesome. Very kind, assisting us with our choices and always checking in with us. Exactly how a waiter should be. Highly recommend going!

Went to the restaurant beachse of TheFork summer fest and we got 50%! But absolutely worth it, the meat magnificent, the flavours astonishing, the chips with the seasoning on top and the extra sauce on the side. Great meal, definitely recommend
