The restaurant is located alongside stairs where is not easy to find. There were no people sitting outside comparing other restaurants nearby. We were not a bit confused but still came in as we had booked already. The food is okay but I felt our ordered is smaller than others. Maybe it’s because of discount. The biggest problem is communication as the server could not speak English.

Food was great! Upon entering, we were greeted and offered to try jamon bellota. Servings were plenty and yum!

A very nice cozy traditional segovian restaurant. Very nice soup with chorizo and jamón, lovely cochinillo (suckling pig) and very tender dessert poncho segoviano

Decent food but ordering a piece of succulent pig that costs €28 on the menu and only receive about 100g of meat (plus bones etc.) and nothing else like veggies or rice, potatoes etc. isn't a meal for me. They claim that you get 50% on food but the side of potatoes I ordered to the meat + the desserts we ordered were both excluded apparently. The small piece of meat I got was very tasty though - but even at 50% off regular price it didn't feel OK price wise. There are probably (hopefully..) better places in Segovia to visit.

The food was delicious, set menu for the weekend but lots of choices and each one was delicious! Nice atmosphere too, very traditional but modern feel!

To be fair I didn’t even get to the food ! I sat, was the only person in restaurant at 8.15pm. Waited several mins for waiter to finish some personal phone conversation then he came to my table , coughed over me and presented me with a piece of paper with a QR code . Speaking no English I didn’t even receive my glass of wine while I was looking at the menu (trying to translate it) - he kept hovering and presenting his own mobile phone screen at me which showed the price of the menu with wine included. He was intent on me responding to the price . I asked again for the wine and I got the phone screen. A quick visit to the bathroom (very poor , no tissue etc) and I left .

The waiters were amiable and helpful. We mostly went with the recommended dishes, judiones and the very tender suckling pig. The whole experience, including dessert, took 90 minutes. It's a short menu, which I personally am grateful for, since it means all dishes are sold several times a day. No complaints.

When the food is prepared by an expert and specialist, it shows; as it did here. When a host takes pains to treat his customers as his guests, it shows; as it did here. A quiet dinner where we were well fed and treated like family. We experienced a certain, small form of perfection.

The waiters went out of their way to help us enjoy the evening. The food was excellent and good value. The restaurant was quiet so lacked atmosphere but that didn't spoil our night out. Recommended but maybe go later than 8:00pm.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything was incredibly delicious.

The menu on their website was not the menu we were presented with on arrival. Prices were inflated and the three dinner options that were highlighted on the website were nowhere to be found. We protested to the waiting staff but received only apologies and denials. It was clear that the 50% discount on a la carte orders offered by The Fork would also not be recognized. At this stage we decided to abort the arrangement and cancelled our reservation.

We arrived on time for reservation. The waiter was still putting his dinner tie on. I explained in spanish about our reservation but the waiter wanted to see written confirmation. I showed The Fork email. Once seated it took about 15 minutes before a menu appeared. There were only 2 tables occupied of which we were one. After almost an hour our food arrived. The suckling pig was lovely but the whole experience by now diminished the food experience. We decided not to order a dessert in case we would have endure another interminable wait. We asked for the bill and again had to produce the written confirmation of our reservation to qualify for the special offer. All in all, if the restaurant find it difficult to implement The Fork reservation system and offers maybe they should not use it to avoid disappointed customers.
