4.5/10We had to wait for over 40 minutes to get our main courses, after finishing our starters. It too the waiters another 20 minutes to get the dessert, once we were done with our main courses. In the meantime the waiters were walking past our table and we had to yell at the mitre d' to get some attention. All in all, it was a terrible experience, which a customer should not have to go through. Frustrating and disappointing, this is definitely not the service we expected form a parador.

10/10The people in the restaurant really save the face of the people arround town and on the hotel front desk. Maybe due to the cold weather . They were very efficient very knowledgeable about the food and wines and the service in general.The place extraordinary and very well mantained.
