Baptiste is a charming and engaging host. It is pleasant to spend an evening surrounded by iconic wine bottles, some empty, some full. As with any passionate sommelier, he has a distinct point of view. The cheese and charcuterie are fine, but not exceptional. As with a memorable book store, this is a participatory exercise, with every client making their own unique journey.
