We made a reservation and arrived on time. The restaurant clearly hadn’t kept us a table. They appeared surprised that we had reserved. The restaurant was full. They hastily put together a tiny table up on a dingy mezzanine level. It was stuffy and roasting hot, nothing like the airy pavement table that we should have had. We left without ordering.
