We walked out after 45 mins without even a glass of water! We waited 15 mins for anyone to come over with a menu! Another 30 mins past and our wine hadn’t arrived so we walked out! If ur not a resident of the hotel they don’t want to know!

Service was beyond slow. 20+ minute wait for a bottle of wine. The food still hadnt arrived after an hour and when asked where it was they just brought more bread… when it eventually did arrive half of the meals were cold! Their excuse being that the kitchen is on the ground floor and food needs bringing up in the lift. Nice views but don’t waste your money

We were given a great table with the view of the city and the sea. The service was good and very professional. There was a full house towards the end of the evening so service got a bit slowers, but that's understandable. Overall, a great find for a special occasion!

I was there for lunch on a Wednesday, on a hot July day. The roof top is very enjoyable with a superb view panoramic of Nice. The staff was very friendly. The food was fresh, tasty and colourful. I live in Nice and never thought of going there. I will go back ! ;-)

The concept behind the moon bar is great, however it is poorly executed. The tables are crammed together (waiters struggle to pass them), the menu is limited and the food itself is bland and unfortunately not a culinary experience.. The live singer had a beautiful voice but the music was way too loud. Some of the staff is very nice. Unfortunately, the only thing we enjoyed was the view. Would not recommend.
