9/10Service was friendly and attentive, but a bit slow at the beginning (on the other side we arrived at the same as many other people). We went there for "la chasse", the "selle de chevreuil" was excellent and served in two rounds, which had different presentations and side vegetables, very nice. The room was a bit noisy and got very warm during the dinner.

7.5/10Beautiful Geneva countryside! Chairs were not very comfortable, can be improved. Depending where you were sitting, a lot of noise. I am going to try to be as constructive as possible: The poor waiter was alone for too many tables. As a result, the service was very very poor. We waited 30m to be served and were only served drinks because I became very impatient and kindly asked someone to at least serve the drinks! I do not believe it is the employees' area of responsibility. I must admit that it strikes me as poor management by the owner or whoever the is responsible. Yes, I can understand that you never know if clients are going to come in spontaneously without a reservation and you can be snowed under with too much. What about a more efficient organisation. If the owner does not wish to pay an additional employee, there are so many young people/students in Geneva who would be happy and willing to work and come in as and when necessary! I am Swiss and disappointed by the lack of standard!
