8/10Service & ambiance is very good! Loved the concept of using quality ingredients and eliminating food waste. There was clearly a lot of thought and effort put into the dish. Unfortunately, we came in with very high expectations due to the reviews, and found that the dishes (Although beautifully presented) were ok. Nothing exceptional. For the price and the reviews, we were left a bit disappointed. Moreover, we ordered dessert which was weirdly salty. We only took a couple bites and left it unfinished, and when the waitress asked if there was something wrong, we told her that we found it to be too salty. So, we did communicate that we were unhappy with the dish. We were still charged. This is understandable, but unexpected from a fine dining restaurant.

Hello Emma, Thank you for your visit and very sorry for this miscommunication! The waitress had orders to take that dessert from your bill, but looks like she didn’t, sorry for that! We would love to give you back your money, please reach us by email when you have the chance! About the dessert, like chef José explained to you, it’s a savory dessert, the raspberries are lacto fermented with the help of salt, it’s a natural pickle. We understand that can be hard to filter a dessert that isn’t sweet, but that was exactly our point and idea from the beginning! Thank you for your time and honest feedback!

10/10We did the 7 course tasting and everything was fantastic. There are many cheaper places to eat in Lisbon but we found the tasting was worth every penny and a true dining experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

10/10This should be a Michelin resto They work just 4 days a week They have 10 tables The chef is so concerned w guests He tries new tastes If you are after traditional foods you are not belonging here 😅 The marinated sardines are ULTIMATE BEST The best marinated sardines are from Lesvos Kalloni and they are almost same even better maybe I don t drink alcohol and they just have kambucha tea as alternative which is a bad one for me - this they only problem to my belief - no coke no non alcoholic beer /it should change BUT I brought my beer and they kindly confirmed

10/10Absolutely fantastic culinary journey with the tasting menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the full experience. Impressive given their approach of seasonality & sustainability, too. Delicious kombucha for non-drinkers and gin & tonic for those that do.

10/10This is as good as a Michelin restaurant but you just pay 50 euros Limited menu , as I prefer , but the best Marinated Sardinias were the best ever
