9/10Se ordered 2 bruschetta’s they where super prepared, it was a quit big starter. The main menu was Lamb chops’s the where well prepared.

8/10Cosy little all day fusion brunch place. Fresh ingredients, vegan and vegetarian options. If you ended here while looking for Portuguese food it is not. lovely staff albeit had to get their attention to take our orders. Good place for a quick bite even if alone.

10/10The food here was excellent, our best meal in Lisbon by a mile. This gem is off the beaten track but so worth the walk. Proper chefs wearing chefs white hats, cooked our meal while we sat and enjoyed a beer and Aperol spritz. So many places are just a step away from being fast food joints but 28 Restaurante excelled. Our waiter had a good sense of humour and was attentive. Bruschetta was fab as was the chicken tacos and spaghetti with prawns. All freshly cooked and delicious. Full marks and we’ll be back.

6/10Nothing special about the food, I'd have expected a more brunch style meal but the eggs and bacon were about what you'd get in a diner and the pancakes weren't fluffy at all

6.5/10Very pleasant location, but the food (breakfast) was nothing special, and the toast came very hard. The coffee was very good though. The service was okay, but they don't speak Portuguese.

10/10Small but lovely coffee shop with nice staff and great food. We ordered the special sandwich (great if you love cheesy flavors!), Nutella pancakes and a sweet toast – everything was delicious and well balanced.

10/10This little restaurant was a hidden gem! It was one of only a few open on Christmas day, and offered excellent service, great food, and the friendliest of staff. We highly recommend it.
