we came to this restaurant through the Fork app. We were happy with our food. The service was excellent. The slow cooked pork was so tender. The mozzarella cheese salad was fresh. You will not disappoint if you visit this restaurant.

What a romantic atmosphere! We’ve noticed Lisboa often gets the lighting wrong. Not this place! Total awesome ambiance with phenomenal food and music.

At first the waitress would not allow the food we chose to get the discount but when I got the bill she applied the discount. The food was delicious and looked very appealing.

We made a booking at 28 restaurant using the The Fork app with 30% discount for two people. We visited the place on the 17th Feb. We decided to order three main courses between the two of us, and to drink one juice and tap water to share. To our surprise, the person who took our orders (we assumed it was the manager) told us that we couldn’t order one drink to share because we had a reservation for two. When we asked where was that policy stated, she then replied with “I can’t work for free” and continued trying to impose that we order an additional drink even when we said we didn’t want to. This person was rude and the experience at the restaurant was tainted by the awful service. This left us feeling very uncomfortable. Would not recommend based on the service and don’t think places like this should be on this app.

Had a wonderful new years meal at 28! We arrived late and they still seated us quickly. The shrimp and pork cheeks were fantastic. The service was very nice and helpful. I would come back again!

This was our second visit and the food was delicious again. The service was a tad slow, considering how empty it was, but we weren't necessarily in a hurry. The shrimp risotto was especially tasty.

This tiny spot had a delicious brunch! We enjoyed the prosciutto toast and the special sandwich 28, and had the drunk pear yogurt as our dessert. Cozy and comforting!

Nice little cozy restaurant just outside the city center. Perfect if you want a great meal at an affordable price.

Cosy, relaxed and intimate restaurant. The food was good, although requests for 'medium-rare' steaks were either lost in translation, forgotten or ignored! Neither of the red wines on the menu were available but the house red wine substitute was ok. Service was friendly and casual. I'd go again as the atmosphere is enjoyable but keep expectations under control.
