The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive. Although the menu was only available in Italian, our server spoke English fluently and was able to answer any questions. Quality ingredients with innovative twists in preparation.

A memorable restaurant run by a young and highly talented team. Food was modern, innovative, well cooked and artistically presented. Waitress very experienced, particularly in respect of wine. Location is outside city wall and restaurant had few non Italian guests. We as non Italian speakers were made very welcome, We sat outside, some noise from nearby road by not obtrusive. Well recommended for some on looking for good food at reasonable price - Euro 156 for two people having four courses each and wine.

The restaurant was a very good experience, a gem in an area dominated by touristic gastronomy. The individual courses were arranged really good in terms of presentation, taste, aromatic composition. The young enthusiastic crew made our evening perfect.

Excellent location. Modern atmosphere with high recercated food selections and really interesting tasting of all dishes. Amazing octopus fried with panko panature. Surely I would comw back to Collegio if I will in Lucca
