I would like to be clear that I had two visits to this restaurant. The first was on New Years Eve for a late lunch and it was truly amazing. The service, food and ambience were outstanding. We booked in person and were treated with absolute kindness. It was an amazing experience. We decided to return on January 2 nd for dinner and booked online. When we arrived we were met with contempt. I had a bad head cold and wanted to sit inside as I’d done before. I was told no. I showed the booking no improvement. We were given a table outside. Fine. But then a lady seated outside was moved indoors. During our meal indoors was not full. They could have moved us in but chose not to. I asked and was shouted at. We only ordered main courses. We paid and left feeling quite uncomfortable. The food was lovely but I doubt we will return. Quite sad.

Chiedo scusa per il trattamento ( secondo lei ) triste ma , la signora di cui parla e che è stata spostata all'interno , lo si è potuto fare perchè nel frattempo si è liberato un tavolo ....avrebbe potuto chiedere anche lei di spostarsi successivamente anche a cena iniziata . Ci dispiace

The food is excellent. The location is central. The service is impeccable. I went in for dinner 2 nights. The 2nd night I went my server Rami remembered us & even the table we were at. All in all a memorable dining experience. Could not have asked for a better place for our last night in Rome.
