10/10A fabulous experience from the start until the end. The finest dishes and impeccable service. The restaurant is charming and beautifully decored to keep its authentic style. A large choice of fishes & seafood but also meats. A must if you come in Rome, this restaurant will never disappoint you. We will definitely come back next time for another exquisite culinary experience!

10/10This evening at Casa Bleve was the culmination of our stay in Italy, the grand finale. We were treated as honored guests, a part of their inner circle, from the moment we arrived until the end of the night. Every bite delicious, perfectly prepared, beautifully plated and elegantly served. It was a night to remember.

5/10The restaurant is impressive at a nice location. The food however was underwhelming and especially the beef strips with artichokes and pecorino was really horrible. Overall a disappointing experience for a Michelin guide restaurant. I would not recommend to others or visit again.

10/10A fantastic restaurant in a grand old room, the food was superb and the service was excellent, attentive without being too fussy. Of the dishes I tried the fish ceviche, lamb ragu tagliatelle and mandarin sorbet were particularly good. I visited quite a few restaurants and cafes in Rome but this one stood out as the best.

10/10We went here for a 50th birthday celebration meal, could not fault a thing! Pure class restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Rome. Food and service was outstanding.

7/10In our opinion sadly the food is only average and lacks taste. I guess that one must pay the high price to enjoy the nice hall! Service was fast (maybe even too fast?) and the wine ok.

10/10Homemade dishes, prepared from fresh and excellent ingredients with skill and love, an exceptionally attentive, friendly and helpful service, in an unusually charming and yet homely ambience, with an interesting price/quality ratio - what more could you want? Come back again. I highly recommend it.

IL TEMPIO DEL VINO - Anacleto e Tina Bleve, salentini di Cerfignano, sono a Roma dal 1963. La Bottega del Vino di Via di Santa Maria del Pianto, da loro creata nei primi anni ‘70, è stato forse il primo locale che a Roma ha saputo unire cultura del vino e delle ricercatezze alimentari con un'arte del ricevere e dell'ospitare diventata proverbiale.
SPECIALITA' PUGLIESI E SALENTINA - Offre ai suoi ospiti i migliori prosciutti italiani, una selezione di formaggi lombardi, piemontesi, toscani e una specialissima mozzarella di Bufala Dop di Paestum. Tra le proposte alla carta dal sapore tipico mediterraneo, vi sono vere e proprie delizie da provare: l'involtino di peperone con spuma di tonno capperi e acciughe, e il fiore di zucca ripieno di ricotta e pistacchi di Bronte servito con pomodorini al forno, olive taggiasche.
LA CANTINA - Le sale oggi tenute da Casa Bleve sono capaci di rivelare immediatamente, grazie anche ai restauri assai accurati a cui sono state sottoposte, spazi e forme “monumentali” inconsuete per esercizi commerciali o per locali pubblici. Le storiche cantine, tra le più belle che a Roma si conoscano, sono impreziosite da un muro romano di età augustea, anch'esso perfettamente restaurato.
