Absolutely exquisite! The beef cheek was a dish to remember and the cherry tart dessert was nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommend if you’re interested in a wide variety of wines, kind service, and delicious flavors. If we’re ever back in Rome, we will most definitely be back.

Service not at the level of the price. Waiter removing plates as soon as one of the guest has finished, while the others guests are still eating their meal. Bottle of water empty and need to ask to get a new one. Food was good but service disappointing.

This is a tourist trap that's also dirty. The inside looks nice at a glance, but only tourists were dining inside (not a good sign). There were dirt/dust clumps in the faux floral arragements on the tables and the door handle on the bathroom was falling off & the lock didn't work. The waiter was inattentive and didn't question when we hardly touched our food/drink -- he just wanted to collect our money. It took 20 mins for someone take our order but then our food came out in 5 mins, like it had been sitting in the kitchen pre-prepared under a heat lamp. The sauce on my pasta was grey, lumpy, and unnartural looking. Gross! We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Maybe you got the wrong restaurant! We work with 80% regular customers, the flowers are real and are changed every 5 days. We usually do not respond to these kinds of reviews. But I find this one very excessive....I read nothing constructive!!!

A fabulous experience from the start until the end. The finest dishes and impeccable service. The restaurant is charming and beautifully decored to keep its authentic style. A large choice of fishes & seafood but also meats. A must if you come in Rome, this restaurant will never disappoint you. We will definitely come back next time for another exquisite culinary experience!

This evening at Casa Bleve was the culmination of our stay in Italy, the grand finale. We were treated as honored guests, a part of their inner circle, from the moment we arrived until the end of the night. Every bite delicious, perfectly prepared, beautifully plated and elegantly served. It was a night to remember.

The restaurant is impressive at a nice location. The food however was underwhelming and especially the beef strips with artichokes and pecorino was really horrible. Overall a disappointing experience for a Michelin guide restaurant. I would not recommend to others or visit again.
