Fuocolento was recommended by a friend who’d lived in Rome. Online reservation was easy. Greeted our party of 4 warmly, and genuinely. The food was fantastic. I had the chicken thigh. It was on the small side but so delicious. I was glad I ordered a side of mashed potato’s. Those had a hint of nutmeg which made them pop. The ice cream and chic moose were also top notch. The service could not be beat! Our server Adriano (I think) was wonderful. He was always available but never pushed. Friendly, efficient and fun personality. I’m airline crew and honestly can’t wait to return to Rome and dine again at Fuocolento.
