The restaurant was really centrally located and the food was pretty good. But the best thing was the wait staff. One of them was so friendly I would go back there just to feel like their guest again.

Service was slow and the restaurant didn’t seem busy. Everything was made fresh. Delicious food. I wish the waitresses paid better attention or write down their orders because they forgot a lot of dishes

Our first server was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately he had to go on break and the girl that took over was the complete opposite of him. She certainly needs training in customer service skills. It’s not just about the food but how you are treated.

loved it all... just don't like THE FORK as you cannot ask for outdoor seating or make any kind of special request. we wld have liked to sit outside .. also I'm pretty sure origano forgot to give us our 20% discount - can we do anything about that?

We chose Origano as we needed some vegetables after several days of pasta and meat: we were not disappointed! The hummus was especially gorgeous and tiramisu out of this world. Service was relaxed, and staff chatting together in the restaurant afterwards enhanced our enjoyment of the occasion.

Nice to sit outside. Staff excellent. Pizzas were okay (slightly soft base - and not sure it was wood-oven as advertised). Restaurant seems to be aimed at tourists and not locals. Still trying to find the best pizzas in Rome - really difficult - but suggest visitors try the good slices served at Antico Forno Roscioli.
