The surprise (they do not share the menu offerings) multi-course menu was delicious and the pacing was excellent and relaxing. We took the four course menu with wine pairings and it was delightful. The wines were excellent.

The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, locally sourced and so delicious. We had the 5 course with wine pairings and each course was unique, perfectly paired with the wine and wonderful. The service was warm, very informative and friendly. This was a very special meal. And very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Loved the 4 course meal, it was a lot of food and it was excellent. We really enjoyed not having a menu and having the chef choose all the dishes. Service was excellent.

We were a little discombobulated by there being no menu at all but the food we were served was excellent in all respects. I recommend speaking to the restaurant in advance if you have any food allergies or strong dislikes as I am sure they can accommodate with sufficient notice. Overall a very lovely restaurant- friendly, refined, quiet and high quality.

Amazing amazing amazing. The food is not just absolutely fresh (I'm thinking of the iridescence in the fish) but the flavor combinations and spices are creative and bold. I begged the restaurant for a cookbook (none exist -- yet!). I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great restaurant with excellent high-quality cooking and warm but very professional (not a given in Amsterdam!) service. Highly recommended, and I will certainly come back. The also import their own wines, so you can takes a case home if you want.
