Although service was good... I found this place by the good food ratings and that's not the case, Every dish we had was more than underwhelming. The edamame was cold, not salted enough - potstickers deep fried and not fresh. both rolls we received had the same ingredients just presented a different way (same underwhelming taste). They did not course it correctly and brought everything out too close together. If you are wanting an authentic restaurant I would pass on this place. that being said - staff was nice.

I am loathe to leave a positive review because I love this place and it's hard to get a seat. But, they deserve the praise. The cocktails are excellent and the food is always delish.

The food is amazing, the service as well. Marta was super nice and friendly. It was such a great experience that I went twice during my 3 day trip. Best sushi in AMS. I will come back again.

Not as good as I was used to, I decided to visit Ku kitchen since I haven’t for a couple of years. It was a bit disappointing, especially the service. The table arrangment inside the restaurant is very impractical and too close/narrow with neighbouring tables. The music isnide is a bit generic. Staff isn’t accomodating when you ask for a different table and doesn’t offer to take your coats. Summarized: mediocre

Our new favourite restaurant in Amsterdam, great service and the best sushi we've had anywhere in the world. If I could have stayed longer I would have ordered another portion of the Aburi Sweet Miso Salmon. We will be back for sure.
