Evin is a Turkish restaurant specialized in grilled meat and kebap, although they also have some mezes and more homestyle dishes. They prepare almost everything on their menu themselves and you can tell it from the freshness and taste of the food. Especially the sarma and soup. Their sarma is one of the closest in taste in the Netherlands to what I was used to having in Istanbul. The meats are well seasoned and the portions are very generous. They have a wide selection of vegetarian dishes as well as meat based options with chicken, beef, lamb and seafood. They serve bread on the side with every meal, although the bread wasn't as fresh when we visited. They are very hospitable: the service is fast and the staff is really helpful and attentive. Since the restaurant is quite large too, it'd be a good option for large groups. Overall we were satisfied with our meal there.

If you like traditional Turkish food for a good price, this is a nice place to go to. The portion sizes are large so you get your money’s worth. However, the atmosphere and service were poor. The view and design is quite boring. They did not have the menu in English. When asked to explain the menu in English and provide recommendations, the waitress did not put in a lot of effort to do so. This tainted our experience of the service. All in all, this is not a place I will visit again for dining

Our waiter welcomed us very friendly and helped us to find our way through the menue. The food was very good and plentiful. Our waiter came back to check on us and our needs. Very attentive and respectful

Everything is wonderful. I teasted a fish dish with vegetables and salad and I personally found it really delicious. Even the staff are so kind and the atmosphere almost relaxing.

Very nice decorated restaurant and yummy Turkish food, specially the stuffed grilled chicken with tomato sauce. Although the waitresses and waiters didn’t speak English very fluently, they tried to do their best to keep up the conversation. We tried this time with 50% off booking through The Fork App, but will definitely repeat even without any discount.

Although it has brand new interior, the music Turkish music selection is very poor and somewhat distrubing. It goes from one genre to another and does not match the place. The staff talks so loud about their life and it is almost inside your own conversation. Food is lovely, a mix of different regions of Turkey. Good quantity for the price. I recommend sitting outside on a good weather to enjoy the food more
