The Restaurant is located within a Hotel and has a beachfront location. Views are fabulous and a romantic evening setting. The food is outstanding, there is a capable team at work. Choices are exciting, flavours delicious and presentation excellent. Such a shame that this high standard of food is let down by the service. Half way through our dinner most of the staff left the restaurant including the Manager. Sadly, we left after our main course, we didn’t feel important.

Food was impeccably cooked and presented. The entire experience was fantastic. We also choose the Tour of Sicily wine experience which did not disappoint. Usually a restaurant has some "misses" in the course of a meal- Fusion did not. Twice the meal as Belmond's Timeo and a better value. Location superb and the waitstaff was very attentive.

The restaurant is part of hotel, what is located next to beach with really astonish view. The view is the only good in the restaurant. We were disappointed with food’s quality (dry lamb meat (well done instead of asked medium), quality of glasses, serving, low professionalism of personal. Do not recommend to spend time there.
