Food and staff was amazing. However I felt we were rushed to finish courses early so they could fit all dishes within expected time frame. I find it to be a big downside in a restaurant like that. We wanted to enjoy courses and wine, have a nice experience out of it, but we were served 8 dishes in less then 2 hours. I ended up not enjoying last dishes because I was so full. It wasn't our first experience in a restaurant like that, and in other restaurants dinner lasted a lot longer. Shame we couldnt book table for earlier for example 19pm (restaurant is open from 20, and we were able to get a table at 21), since we do not only expect food to be outstanding, but whole experience to be enjoyable.

A magnificent evening. The presentation of each dish was exquisite and thoroughly explained by our waiter, Giuseppe which added enormously to the enjoyment. The wine recommendation from Veronica, the Sommelier was perfect. Our only disappointment, which owing to the weather, was having to dine inside instead of on the panoramic terrace. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience which was further enhanced by a thoughtful gesture at the end as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Thank you.

Be advised, even though they accept tennis shoes and T shirts worn by the mostly American diners, they do not accept open dressy shoes. The restaurant staff was attentive, the front desk staff was unacceptably rude and non professional for a luxury hotel.

Although the food was of a very good standard, and certainly 1 star Michelin quality, the organisation of the restaurant and lack of attention to the guests needs was appalling. Simply it was a case of style over substance. Look after your guests and they will look after you.
