The food was really good and the atmosphere nice, but we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our main course. Even guests who arrived later were served before us. When we mentioned it, the response was simply that we had ordered a starter, which felt dismissive. They seemed understaffed, which is understandable, but a simple apology for the long wait would have made a big difference.
