To be totally honest… nothing was good. The waitress was trying her very best but she didn’t have any help with the service. The waiting time was unacceptable. The restaurant was way too busy for her to cope on her own. People were leaving without getting their food.The food when it did come was mediocre. Table of eight left without even getting their drinks. Such a shame could be good but at the moment don’t see it being open for long unless a miracle happens and the poor waitress gets help with some English speaking people.

we arrived at the restaurant and ordered drinks and food just before 8 o clock. drinks were a bottle of red wine, a pint and 2 glasses of white wine. Over an hour later by 9.10 p.m. we had had 3 bottles of water and the pint brought to the table, no wine, despite going up to our waitress 3 times and asking where were our drinks and food. At 9.10 p.m. we walked out of the restaurant leaving €20 to cover the water and the pint. As we walked out the waitress said our food wouldn't be much longer but didnt even mention the wine we were still waiting for. it was complete and utter chaos xx

what a hidden gem. Lucky to find it while visiting Alvor. The food was excellent. we would definately go back. Many thanks to the lovely lady who looked after us.
