10/10Such a refreshing meal after Italian heavy food. Money for value was exceptional and I loved everything about it, the food, the presentation, and the service. Except there were a couple of food items which were sub par but overall a refreshing and delicious experience.

9.5/10It would be extra nice if there could be a silent zone also for the elderly who have hearing difficulties. Unfortunately the piped in music could not be reduced.

10/10We have a great lunch, sushi ???? is the best, and everytime my husband wants to eat Asian food he always choose the Hokkaido, highly recommended!!!

An amazing Japanese restaurant for all-you-can-eat with great price! Really like the sashimi and sushi. Staff is friendly and food was served very quickly. Highly recommended!

4.5/10Staff rude to tourists even when very polite. Food overpriced. Had to ask for missing items multiple times. All a shame because the restaurant itself is really nice. Perhaps management could encourage staff to be just as friendly to tourists as the appear to be to locals. Considering this place is right beside the train station. Multiple “tourist” tables all had the same problem as we chatted with them waiting for food.

10/10Super!!! Staff are very friendly……one thing might help if the gyudon is lighter and don’t put too much oyster sauce (for me it’s too salty) I’m telling this because I love GYUDON ???????????? we will be back here again in a few weeks.????????
