During our stay in Porano, we ate the best steak & lamb chops ever! Fabio, the proprietor, is the most wonderful &fun person you'll ever meet. He treated us like royalty. His tartare & prosciutto are like you've never tasted before! All I can say, if you visit Porano, Baccone del Prete is a restaurant you must try. Nunziata

This is a delightful restaurant. It is family owned and run. The love of what they do is evident. We plan to return on our last night in Umbria.
