10/10Excellent experience. The flavors on the starters, mains and desserts were amazing. If I have to choose I’ll recommend the calarmari, fettuccini with truffles and the ravioli with chocolate and lime. The atmosphere was very nice and the music very relaxing. Recommended!

10/10One of the best Italian meals we have had. John Dory was superb . The sauce complemented and did not overwhelm the dish. Beef Carpaccio was also well seasoned. Service and atmosphere are perfect.

10/10This is by far the best meal I’ve ever had. My best friend and I had the tasting menu and it was incredibly delicious with superb presentation. I will be recommending this to any and everyone and will not visit Paris again without coming here.

10/10I would highly recommend Il Carpaccio. Every course was perfectly prepared and mouth watering. We started with the beef carpaccio which melted on the tongue, followed by the tortelli and sea bass. I can still taste the osso bucco from the tortelli and light orange notes.

Il Carpaccio* est un restaurant italien étoilé où authenticité rime avec convivialité. A la tête de ce lieu emblématique de la gastronomie italienne, le couple de Chefs italiens Oliver Piras et Alessandra Del Favero souhaite transmettre leur univers dans le restaurant récompensé en 2022 d’une étoile Michelin: une cuisine gastronomique italienne conviviale, à travers un menu exclusif créé avec la famille de Da Vittorio***. Les Chefs proposent une cuisine italienne moderne, légère, travaillée avec des produits transalpins de qualité exceptionnelle. La haute gastronomie sera au rendez-vous mais ceci ne va pas sans la notion de convivialité « Notre mission la complexité présentée en simplicité ». En effet, les Chefs Oliver Piras et Alessandra Del Favero officient aussi bien en cuisine qu’en salle où ils régalent les convives en préparant « en live show » leurs plats Signature.
