Although the decor ic rather plain the service & atmosphere were exceptional. The Sea Bream carpaccio was very delicate -served with yuzu. The Octopus was generous -perfectly cooked & plated. My wife had Langoustines with aoli souffle - delicious & assisted with" decortication". The highlight however was the Sole Meuniere- cooked La Plancha & served at the table. perfectly cooked flavours of the sea. The tomatoe side dish was delicious but not sur about the black rie Other options sea vegetables/ asparagus would have worked better1 For the Quality of food 7 service certainly deserve 1star.Still a very memorable if smewhat expensive evening e.g. Sole E70.

The seafood was excellent. It was fresh, and simply but very well executed. The service could have better. We were left for a long time by ourselves after being shown to the table before someone attended to us, and it was difficult to get anyone’s attention at times. While we appreciate that it was a warm week in Paris, the air conditioning in a high-end restaurant ought to be much better. The room was a bit warm and stuffy.

For a Michelin star we expected a waiter specifically designated to our table. Twice I had to pour water for myself as there was no one keeping an eye on our table. We have been to Michelin starred restaurants and this was my least favourite.

Amazing restaurant. Great service and ambiance. Very classy without feeling stuffy. Food is perfectly cooked and seasoned with subtle flavors. Highly recommend for special occasion, business, or just a lovely lunch or dinner.

Helen was outstanding. All of the food was perfectly prepared (the tuna appetizer with jalapeños and the Dover sole entree were particularly amazing) and everyone on the staff was amazing. It all made for a memorable evening. I only wish they had a menu written in English so we didn't have to torture our server, asking her to translate almost every dish on the menu for us. She was happy to help, but we still felt awkward asking.
