I love this restaurant. I dined here in 2022 and loved it so much that I went for lunch yesterday. I had the tasting menu with wine pairings. The decor is lovely, the service very good, and the dishes inventive and delicious. They were also a nice size, not too large, for me. Some Americans might find the portions too small, but for a tasting menu, I like to do just that: taste and not feel excessively full at the end of the meal. I highly recommend Keisuke Matusima Restaurant in Nice, France.

When I opened the door to the restaurant, I just fell in love with this place. It had a different vibe from other waterfront of nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. And each single dish had beautiful presentation. One of my favorite dish was fish dish. The sauce was flavory and it has good harmony with everything. The other dishes are also fabulous. From the Beginning to the end I also felt delicate service. It was such a magical night.

First of all, I was glad to have sake Hakushu, the oyster dish was very appetizing and delicious (with a slight bite of shiso!!), and the veal steak and asparagus were tender and the seasoning and sauce were good! Vongole pasta was just so-so. There were two servers who were reasonably friendly and comfortable.
