9.5/10This is a cozy Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant with a warm wood-and-stone interior. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We ordered the Maki Acevichado, Maki Koji, Niguiri de Salmón, Niguiri de Solomillo, Bao de panceta de cerdo, Kaiko Meshi, and Entrecot. Everything was flavorful, but my personal favorites were the niguiris and the Kaiko Meshi—well-seasoned and served in generous portions. The steak had a nice taste, but the center was a bit cold, possibly due to uneven heating. We paid around 86 EUR including drinks and coffee, thanks to a discount via The Fork. Since it’s a new restaurant (open just about a month), it’s definitely a great place to try if you're interested in Nikkei cuisine. One thing to note: only one waitress was handling the outdoor area. She was very kind and tried her best, but service was understandably slow when multiple tables needed attention at once.
