6.5/10The food is delicious and served promptly. The staff is attentive and polite, but their strictness about our reservation through The Fork made us feel uncomfortable. They insisted we could only sit inside if we had booked via the app, which caused a bit of unease.

10/10La Carmela was is my wish list for my Madrid trip, and it didn’t disappoint us. Delicious food, awesome paella, fresh intern ambient (with Madrid summer time, it’s a must), and friendly service. For sure a place to visit and have great food at Madrid.

6.5/10Seafood wasn't fresh, and all the dishes we ordered were too salty. Waiters were friendly but didn't respond promptly, usually ignored our raised hands. NOT RECOMMENDED. A very disappointing experience.
