Great dinner. Decided to take the tasting menu based on the staff's recommendation and it was exceptionsl. The wines were top notch too. This was the best food I had in Florence during my trip. Ambience and service were great too.

Fantastic food in lovely surroundings. We visited 3 restaurants in Florence during our stay, and this was definitely the best. A really good concept, where you can see all the wines you can buy with your food on the shelves around where you sit, with a price tag on them. High quality of the food and a good balanced service from the staff. The only downside was when we told the wine sommelier to recommend a wine for 80 euros, he suggested wines for 120 euros several times.

Maybe it was an off night, but we had the 4 course tasting menu and it was completely vegetarian and very bland. after they served us. gnocchi they served us another potato dish and the dessert was almost tasteless. Also, we did not appreciate at the end they brought over the credit card machine and asked us to select a tip of either ten percent, fifteen percent or twenty percent which we know is not customary.In italy, and we felt we were being taken advantage of as tourists.

Concerning the credit card machine you have the chance to select tip or not tip ...anyway we always try to do our job to the best of our ability, without taking advantage of anyone!

Friendly service, Michelin-quality food, excellent wines, and a spectacular setting complete with frescos and Roman ruins. It doesn’t get much better than this!

This recently opened restaurant has Roman ruins in the basement, frescos of Dante on the ceiling, an excellent quality and value menu and a choice of wine so large there’s no list, they will bring you a selection to try and savour. Loved it

A wonderful wine restaurant. A large selection of wines and friendly staff. Our dinner was wonderful, with excellent wines offered with each course. The grappa was a perfect ending to the evening. I'd especially like to mention the wonderful frescoes on the ceiling. I highly recommend it

Second visit to this restaurant and what a treat both times. Excellent food, matched wines and impeccable friendly service. Close to the Duomo but avoids the tourists. Ceiling and walls covered in frescos. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience at Innocenti Wines. The food was outstanding, the wine pairings were perfect, and the service was attentive and friendly. Even my rough attempts to order in Italian were welcomed. We highly recommend Innocenti Wines and look forward to returning.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home here. Rosa, our host, was amazing—friendly, funny, and full of knowledge about both the food and Italian history. Talking with her was like getting a mini tour of Italy while we ate. Her partner, the sommelier, was just as great. He picked wine pairings that were spot-on for each course, and explained them in a way that made it fun and interesting without feeling too fancy. For dinner, I had the tagliatelle with beef ragù, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh pasta cooked perfectly, with a rich, flavorful sauce. The wines served alongside it made every bite even better. We also shared a meat charcuterie board and a selection of cheeses, which were both incredible. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully chosen. One thing that really stood out was how well they handled our picky-eating kids.
