Thank you for your feedback on the service. But I find it a little difficult to understand your review in light of what happened yesterday. When we cleared your starters, you told us that everything had gone well. When your main course was served, you mentioned that the cooking of your meat was not to your liking. I immediately had the dish redone and, when I brought it back to you, you confirmed that the cooking was perfect. You also made no negative comments about the dessert. At the time of payment, you once again told us that everything had gone well, and your companion even added that it was very good. I would also like to point out that your plates came back consistently empty… And yet, you now claim that the food was “terrible”? Hard to make sense of that.

The restaurant is in the city center, the hall and tables are well decorated. We ordered chicken and it was cold inside! fatty tasteless sauces. not recommended😥

What a shame you didn't tell us about it on the spot, we could have reheated your Challans chicken. As for the sauce, I can understand why you find a foie gras sauce a little fatty, but it's hard to do otherwise, but no taste is definitely more surprising.

Nous avons un cadencié qui nous parait être le bon rythme pour la grande majorité des gens mais nous sommes capables de faire plus lent ou plus rapide en fonction de la demande. Encore faut-il qu'il y ait une demande. Nous ne disposons pas de boule de cristal.

Tasty pesto ravioli, and a veal bavette steak followed by a fruit tart. A delicate Rose wine matched the ravioli, and a light cotes de ventoux red worked well with the veal.

The restaurant was excellent. It had a nice atmosphere and was very warm and cosy. The waiting staff were very knowledgeable and service was very good. The food choices were excellent and included a good vegetarian option. A very enjoyable evening.

Absolutely fantastic starter of crab Mille feuille. Utterly delicious. My saddle of lamb was a bit chewy but accompanied by great sauce and vegetables and my husband loved his pork dish. Found room for a scrumptious dessert even though we were full. Great value.

The various dishes we had were all refined, original and tasty. The wine list was not very extensive but contained nice wines for a fair price. The 30% Fork discount made our lunch great value for money.

We normally find French cuisine very buttery, but not here! We had a fantastic 3 course meal (starter, main, dessert) and everything was perfectly balanced and well presented. The staff is pivotal in making the right choices from the menu too. Top tip: order everything at the beginning as they only use fresh products and once smtg is no longer available, there is nothing to do apart from choosing smtg else.
