The food is really characteristic, and good indeed. Just don’t get too much food cause the plates are pretty big and the cousin are kinda heavy but flavourful. Even though I might warning you’ll be tempted to try anything from the second zero.

La Taguara is a real hidden gem. As I approached the restaurant, I wasn’t so sure as it looked a bit dark. But I was greeted by a real life Venezuelan Celeb, he was an elderly man full of life and stories to tell. I went at 4pm which is normally the quiet time and I had the most lovely and authentic meal. The croquetas and empanadas where so delicious and authentic. They recommended me a corn pancake thing with cheese in it, but I didn’t really enjoy that as I don’t like sweet food as my main, in Venezuelan it’s very popular. I totally recommend anyone to go and order some delicious food
