Absolutely incredible dining experience. The tasting menu was amazing, and the restaurant staff was the best. I’d recommend Lasserre in a heartbeat.

Very romantic dinner. Wonderful location and amazing French food.

We’d eaten at Laserre many years before and enjoyed it. This time however it was a disappointment. The food was mediocre at best, with the duck being very overcooked—so much so that we sent it back. The rest of the food was unmemorable, which is unacceptable for this caliber of restaurant. The service was also subpar and inattentive. They forgot it was my husband’s birthday and brought out a candle separately a few minutes after serving the lackluster desserts. Our glasses for water and wine would sit empty for long periods. Again, surprising for a Michelin star restaurant—or any restaurant for that matter. We will not be returning to Laserre and suggest you don’t either, as Paris is full of other excellent restaurants.

The cuisine and the service was exceptional. The attention given to our table was most appreciated.

Very nice dinner at Lasserre yesterday evening Location, staff, service and atmosphere were awesome as expected in this iconic Parisian address which maintain a certain idea of what glamorous means when it comes to a restaurant. Kudos to the sommelier who was helpful to pick an awesome old Burgundy for us. Food was good with “grand classics” including some sea bass and Pigeon according to Malraux’ taste. Perhaps a little bit more fantasy could be proposed by the chef to make that journey a bit more surprising, however the classical approach of great dishes with excellent raw products is certainly what customers are looking for, hence no reason to be anything else than pleased All in all, great dinner in a fantastic location and congratulations for a service that was above expectations a

Memorable evening in a traditional upscale French Restaurant.

Amazing classic French cuisine- this restaurant is a classic example of what makes France the culinary standard. Amazing food: the stuffed macaroni is of NOTE. You will enjoy their astonishing wine list as much as I did, and their sommelier is nothing short of fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. No part of the meal is not extraordinary. Michelin says, “worth a trip”. This was a highlight of mine! Make it so of yours.

Wonderful traditional dining experience in Paris. Food and service were top notch

The service was impeccable. The food was creative and absolutely delicious. And the weather was such to where they were able to open the retractable roof in order to be able to enjoy the evening sky. I had not been there in more than 30 years, and I regret that it took me so long to come back. This restaurant will definitely be on my shortlist whenever I come to Paris.

Service regarding the wine and drinks was very bad. Food service was good. The restaurant lost it’s chic atmosphere people in T-shirts and without jacket. Everyone in sneakers nothing like old times it looked like a fast food joint. Expensive as usual. Will never come back.

+6The personnel are exquisite. We were greeted warmly and chose to go for the degustation menu which includes 4 plates at the chef’s choice among the ones in the menu and two desserts. We don’t eat meat but fish and we ate 4 fantastic dishes: the ‘perfect egg with mushrooms, the ‘noix de St. Jacques (great scallops), potato raviolis with grated black truffle and the lobster in its bisque. The girl sommelier gave us perfect suggestions and was really friendly. The sweet dessert were nice even though we didn’t have the Crepe Suzette maybe reserved to the signature menu. The quality of the dishes, of the mousses, of the sauces was truly France at its best and the 1 star is not only well deserved but also a second star would match the quality of the experience. Even if it was December the opening roof was a very scenic addition to a great dinner.
