10/10A luxurious experience from start to finish. The restaurant is famous for its roof which opens up, but I was wowed by the glorious food and smooth, friendly service. I had the tasting menu accompanied with the variety wines matched with each dish. The most memorable dishes for me were both desserts... and the seabass. One dessert was chocolatey heaven, the other had the most delicious figs and fig ice-cream. My simple words can't convey how truly wonderful they tasted. The wines were fantastic, some like the Nuit St George and thd Kracher, were extraordinary!

10/10Our family has been coming here for the last 20 years. Initially, it was excellent and then, at some point about 5 years ago, the quality of the food declined markedly. Tonight, my daughter and I had a wonderful meal reminiscent of what it once was. Welcome back, Lasserre!

6.5/10Food and plates are very good, not outstanding though. Staff service did not seem professional and disappointing, as one star Michelin restaurant. Clients were waiting outside at time of appointment of 7pm, including ourselves, closing shutter half at the entrance. This was embarrassing and ai never experienced at this level of restaurant. Hope this name will regain the fame like past times, in the future.

10/10I don’t get what Michelin team is doing by « understaring » this gem . Everything was perfect . We spent the week dining at Michelin stars restaurant and Lasserre deserve at least 2 stars 🌟🌟. Only cons we got no help from the sommelier , in the same time I ordered a wine by myself but we could have gotten more help . Perfect . We will be back .

10/10The dining atmosphere is quite classical and the service is what one should expect at a Michelin restaurant: attentive, timely, and courteous. The cuisine presentation was excellent and the taste and quality of the food was top notch. You may also have the opportunity to try something new as I did. I had the pigeon as my main course and it was succulent and quite tasty! I would recommend this classy restaurant for a romantic date night or for a family with children in their mid-teens or older.

4/10Food was mediocre at best. Service was terrible, waiters kept making us feel rushed, continuously walking over and poking their heads looking at our plates. Horrendous experience.
