Food here is well-prepared. Good bread and good wine selection. Entrees we had were cod and duck. Both were high quality and made with light, well-crafted sauces. Reservation was honored with an attractive window table.

We went to Le Ballon des Ternes once and experienced their tuna in soy, sesame and honey sauce. What a joy! So we went back another night and had it again. Service was friendly and impeccable both nights. Go

The place is beautiful. The service is geared to foreign tourists and the classic bistro food is “iffy”. The oyster bar is good but on the side of expensive. The wine list is limited and again, no bargain. I would avoid if the purpose is to have a real Parisien experience .

Seafood especially oysters are fresh and large size with reasonable price. Main course is perfect taste especially scallop with white wine sauce and French Onion soup. Desserts, we choose Mille - feuille which is very delicious and crispy. Next time must come again. This trip I went two times.

Ben the Maitre D was friendly funny and welcoming to us even though we were n’t French. I’m commenting because of some the previous negative reviews from tourists. The service was excellent and we were not rushed at all . They honored my request for a table by the window which was perfect . The starters and dessert portions were very large and easily shared. Highly recommend the Burrata . The duck confit was especially good and Mille Feuills We had a wonderful evening the only disadvantage was that there was no prix fix menu so the bill was pretty high
