10/10The service was excellent, and the food lived up to its advertised quality. I liked that they allowed us to stay beyond the advertised 1-1/2 hrs without rushing us out. I recommend making a reservation to avoid a waiting line. Overall, this was a great experience in the very touristic area of Paris, Montmartre. If you like chicken, turkey and anything that flies, you will love the tasty food they serve here - I highly recommend this place.

We traveled almost 40 minutes to go to Le Coq & Fils to experience Coq au Vin which according to our research, they are known for. Our reservation was at 19:30 and when we tried to order Coq au Vin, we were informed they were out of it already. An hour into service? Really? Anyway, we got the roast chicken quarter which was good but not special. Pomme puree and mixed vegetables were garden variety. Wait staff were very pleasant and attentive.

We totally get your frustration dear Joel Jackson, and we do deeply apologize. As we do our Coq au Vin with 260 days roosters Noire d'Astarac Bigorre breed, it can happen that we run out of it sometimes, as nature is ruling here. We would have so much love to make have that experience with us. Once again we apologize. But please give us an other chance 🍀🐓

10/10We first visited the restaurant in 2016 with our family of five, including 9-, 11-, and 13-year-old children. Everyone enjoyed the dinner, my husband most of all, who thought the chef's creations were delightful and the focus on chicken was genius. My daughter and I brought back family friends to enjoy the tasty sensations 9 years later. We enjoyed each of the farmer's giblet starters and two types of chicken. The starters and entrees did not disappoint. The coq au vin was outstanding, and the quarter chicken was juicy and flavorful. The sides were delicious and could easily stand on their own. We had a wonderful dinner with delectable food served by knowledgeable and attentive staff.

AMAZING! We love the soup in a jar, if you love chicken and mushroom it’s Scotia. And the chicken and the macaroni and cheese was to die for.

3/10I came all the way from Los Angeles to eat The Bresse Chicken but they said it's not available. The other chicken they offered is totally chewy and not flavorful. We were a party of 5 and they put us on one end of a long table with many other guests, totally no privacy. We hurriedly ate the food and left to go eat another dinner afterwards. It is that bad!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us we would have love to satisfy you with a Bresse Chicken. Our Bresse AOC farmer is very unique and talented but we do want to follow his rules, and if he is out of Bresse for few days it is for very good reason that our team has explain to you. We are a poultry centric restaurant as you know and each breed featured on the menu is from the highest quality, and each have their own style taste, texture, our breeds are representing some of the best of the French terroir, Noire d'Astarac Bigorre, Grise du Vercors, Guinea Fowl from the very specific region of Drôme des collines and so on. Sometime one is missing and we always hope to make our guests happy with the others. We understand your disappointment and we do deeply apologize.
