Starting with the service, the guy wasn’t nice, the way he talks to us , I founded him like sarcastic, took his time until he took our orders. Secondly the food, we asked for a cheese fondue which didn’t have taste, the planchette was too expensive for what it is, and the meat didn’t look fresh. We don’t return and don’t recommend it to anybody. According to our experience it was a waste of a big celebration like the 31 of December having had our dinner over there.

Had a large group behind us who were obnoxiously loud the entire time. Could hardly hear myself speak, let alone hear the 2 people I dined with. We were seated in the older tube without the beautiful lights, which was reason I chose to make a reservation here. The fondue was good though. Otherwise, it was nothing special, and we could have gotten the same thing elsewhere.

We had a nice time at dinner. It was "cool" to be out in the tube, however there was no real view of the Christmas Market, despite being sat near the window. The fondue was very good, in particular the beef fondue, which although pricey, was delicious. All in all something different to do with good food and service.

Everything went perfectly on this visit, as the 'tube' specially created for fondue lovers in the open space was well heated, and it was great experience to enjoy perfectly prepared fondue with a fine glass (or two) of Dezaley chasselas with friends. The service staff were friendly, most flexible to assign us good seats so we could have a good, quiet time even if the 'tube' was fully booked.
