Warm welcome and professional service. Perfect wine pairing. Really good and varied menu. We missed the really big taste surprises. The biggest surprise was probably the tomato and strawberry extract, simple but brilliant.

You walk in expecting something beautiful (this is Tuscany, after all) but you're not prepared for the restraint. No heavy-handed décor. No rustic clichés. Just an elegant space whispering, "we care more about what’s on your plate than what’s on our walls." Then it begins. What follows is a symphony of sea: fish dishes so delicate they feel like memories rather than meals. There’s depth. A fish dish that nearly made me weep, a duck course so perfectly seared it should be illegal in some countries. These people understand that food should taste like the place it comes from, not what you do to it.Then dessert lands, and it’s not an afterthought. It’s a finale. A beautiful crescendo. Layers of texture and temperature, sweet but never over bearing, artistic without being precious. It tells you the chef knows that the end matters just as much as the beginning. And the servers? Professionals. No performative hovering, no robotic recitations. Just people who know food and know wine. Go. Eat

Incredible service - Cesar, the sommelier, was a gem and went out of his way . The food was to die for, and it paired perfectly with the wine we were given. Everything was perfect, from the decor to the plates each dish was served on.

The whole experience of dining at Linfa was truly remarkable! We had the seven course chef’s table, and the food was incredible. From the chef’s welcome appetizers to the asparagus’ special sauce, to the trout and the duck, and the white chocolate with special filling. All light and amazing! The service was wonderful- so professional and very attentive. And the ambience quiet and understated, yet very warm and welcoming. Each dish was presented, explained, and delicious! A memory for a lifetime! Thank you Linfa!
