We had a reservation for New Years at 8 p.m. When we arrived the door was locked. But there were some tables with guest sitting. It was weird. The service opened but was not welcoming and only pointed at the menu that there is no regular menu but a 5 course menu. They looked angry and impatient. They said we can only come in if we want the menu which cost 90 EUR without any drinks. They were so unfriendly and did not explain anything. The food was OK nothing special. The service was really terrible and they never smiled. Really disappointing experience.
