TERRAFERMA, TERRA CHE EMERGE DAL MARE, nasce dal progetto di due giovani ragazzi salernitani, Luca e Valentina, con il sogno della ristorazione lui , con la voglia di mettersi costantemente in gioco lei. Marito e moglie, con l'intento di creare un locale che rispetti la tradizione culinaria di un territorio ricco di prodotti di altissima qualità, privilegiando tutto ciò che di buono offre il mare, non dimenticando mai, girando lo sguardo, di affiancarlo a tutti quei prodotti di cui è ricco l'entroterra campano.
