We enjoyed the Sunday lunch last week and are going again this week. The food a d service were great. The staff very friendly and quick. The only disappointment was the wine list limited options and very expensive for what they were offering.

The service is excellent , the roast is the best we've had I portugal with a delicious veggie option . Staff are super friendly , helpful , attentive.

Lovely Roast Dinner. Great service. Singer was fantastic Sometimes we had to order a drink twice but when realised it was forgotten came very quickly.

A ‘more personalised greeting and acknowledgement that we had booked through the Fork would have enhanced the arrival. No doubt in the summer rafia covered lights and hanging fake flowers might be attractive but not so attractive in the winte, lacked warmth . Overall and with only four other diners it lacked any ambiance. There was a nice fireplace but no comfy sofas/chairs, Food and food good , so for quick dinner OK. Had to request discount after bill was first presented . Got several reminders of booking.

Good menu choices, nice staff. They couldn’t find our booking. Food of good quality but served not hot enough. We will go back.

On arrival we received friendly prompt service with seating and water service. The sauvignon blanc wine shown on the list was not available and a similar alternative could not be offered which was disappointing. It was clear that there was a staffing shortage as it was at least 30 minutes before our order was taken. Once ordered the main course arrived plated and in good proportion. The highlight of the meal was the dessert which was delicious and I would recommend the apple and berry crumble with either custard or ice cream. Finally we were surprised at the confusion of the Fork discount which should have been applied to our food bill but was quickly and amicably rectified.
